This fine teo piece fractional currency set includes two notes from the Series of 1874.The first is a 10 cent note with the signatures of Spinner and Allison and the small red seal. The front of the note features a bust of William M. Meridith(Secretary of the Treasury:1849-1850) and is printed in black and red ink with a green reverse.The second note is a 25 cent note that also bears the signatures: Spinner and Allison; and a red Treasury seal.The front of the note shows a bust of Robert J. Walker the Secretary of State from 1845-1849.
