All land being sold as is. All bids are final. We accept credit (Visa, Master Card, American Express) cashier checks, money orders, and Bank Wire Transfers for the payment of your winning bid. The winning bidder will pay the sum total of the winning bid and any fees that are due within ten days of the end of the auction or forfeit the deposit to AANTV.
