Pre registration is required at least 24 hrs. prior to start of auction. All land being sold as is. All bids are final. All deposits of non-winning bidders will be refunded within three business days.Property inspection prior to bidding, is the responsibility of the bidder. We accept cashier checks, money orders, and Bank Wire Transfers for the payment of your winning bid. The winning bidder will pay the sum total of the winning bid and any fees that are due within ten days of the end of the auction or forfeit the deposit to AANTV.
