BUYERS PREMIUM

All auction houses like Christies and Sotheby's charge a buyer's premium of 10-20% to cover expenses. Ours is just 10%. If you win an auction with a bid of $100, the buyer's premium brings the total to $110. The premium only applies to auction sales. It does not apply to BUY IT NOWs or direct sales.

RETURN POLICY

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

• Returns must be accompanied by an RMA Number
• RMAs issued Monday-Friday 12-8 (EST)
• We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on any custom orders or jewelry that have been altered in any way, including sizing.
• Items greater than $500 with tags removed are NON-REFUNDABLE

Standard Return Policy (Website, Buy It Now, Direct Sales):

For all non-auction items, including items ordered from www.aantv.com we offer a 10 day money back guarantee. You may return your purchase within 10 days for either an exchange or a full refund (less shipping). RMA numbers are required.

Live Auction Return Policy:

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee if the item is not as described in the auction. For example, if it is stated that a ring is 18kt gold but it is actually 14kt gold, a full refund will be issued. Auction purchases returned for any other reason are subject to a restocking fee equal to the greater of $10 or 10% of the purchase price. The buyer's premium is non-refundable. RMA numbers are required.

Customer Offer Return Policy (ending in .50)

Customer offers are accepted on merchandise as a "side" bid. Buyers Premium does not apply but restocking fee at 10% does.

Real Estate

Attention Real Estate Bidders!

Phone Bidders that have Not Signed our Terms and Conditions may be Bumped by Bidders that have Signed and returned them to us. Online Bidders must register 24 hours in advance to Bid.

Please register in advance by downloading our Terms and Conditions, read and sign, and then return them via fax or email to us. Return Instructions are included in the download.

All Real Estate Sales are Final there are no Refunds or Cancellations.

Land

20% of the winning bid will be collected at the time of auction. The balance will be collected on or before 15 days from auction date for land auctions. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or cashier's check.

Foreclosed Homes

These terms are slightly different from our normal terms and conditions so please read them carefully. All foreclosed homes are transferred via Quit Claim Deed. If title insurance is requested, it is at the expense of the purchaser (customer). The 10% buyer's premium is in effect. A 20% down payment is due at the time of your winning bid. You have 15 days to complete the total purchase price or forfeit the property and your 20% down payment. These foreclosures are considered cash sales so please be prepared to pay within the allotted 15 days before bidding. Payment can be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cashier's check or bank wire. We do not accept American Express for home or land purchases. These foreclosed homes are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. Please do your due diligence prior to sale day for your own protection. We do our best to show you pictures and video of each house but we are neither property inspectors nor appraisers. We cannot guarantee that the properties are free from liens or encumbrances or whether back taxes are due. Please do your due diligence. You will need to sign paperwork with the mortgage company and property owner to complete the transaction; this may include lead paint disclosures, etc...

Legal Jurisdiction

Florida Law shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement. You voluntarily agree that the jurisdiction for any and all lawsuits or other actions pertaining or relating to the enforcement, enforceability and/or interpretation of this Agreement shall be solely before the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. In addition, you voluntarily agree that the jurisdiction for any and all lawsuits or other actions arising out of or in any manner related to the terms or conditions of this agreement shall be solely before the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. The jurisdiction provisions of this paragraph are mandatory. In the event that any legal action is required to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, Americas Auction Network shall be entitled to recover its attorney fees and costs.
